The National Institute of Culture and History through the office of the Institute of Creative Arts and the Belize Carnival Association is currently organizing the events for the Carnival Season 2009. With this in mind, NICH and the Carnival Association have decided to use the floats along with the participating carnival bands to enhance the feel of the road march.

NICH will no longer be registering floats for the parade; however, we are encouraging you to register your floats with the participating bands and to continue facilitating these bands with sponsorship to enhance and ensure a fruitful merge and furthermore, to promote your merchandise more effectively.
