The National Institute of Culture and History through the office of the Institute of Creative Arts and the Belize Carnival Association is currently organizing the events for the Carnival Season 2009. With this in mind, NICH and the Carnival Association have decided to use the floats along with the participating carnival bands to enhance the feel of the road march. |
